• Lead efforts to; update infrastructure, move to centralized/structured logging, modernize data layer, and transition applications from Python 2 to Python 3 for the abuse reporting pipeline.
• Migrated components with availability concerns to the public cloud, resulting in 99.98% uptime(from 96%) and a more than 50% reduction in response time.
• Designed and implemented procedures to reduce average CVE patch time within the team from months to days.
• Designed and executed procedures to facilitate version uplifts of Kubernetes and RabbitMQ, allowing these systems to be updated within weeks instead of spanning months.
• Lead multiple vendor technical evaluations to determine product fit based on measurable criteria.
